4 Friends Investment is a dynamic investment team based in Frankfurt and Warsaw. Since 2016, we have focussed our investments in three areas of expertise: Real Estate, Fitness, Health and Lifestyle and Growing Corporates.
We identify investment opportunities with high yields and simultaneously make a positive contribution to society – both now and in the future – through our financial commitments.

We invest in select properties across various risk classes and user groups: retail, residential and special properties.
Fitness, health, and lifestyle
Our TRU Fitness brand is setting new standards in the fitness and lifestyle sector. The perfect combination of expertise, quality, and lifestyle. Indoors. Outdoors. Fashion. Already in Hamburg, Cologne and Düsseldorf.
Growing corporates
We acquire shareholdings in companies that focus on topics close to real estate, including development, property management and asset management, and are also active in other areas such as the food industry and cultural offerings – always on the condition that they enjoy excellent positioning and that the teams are focussed on value.
